William Fleming, PharmD (Senior Advisor)

Dr. William K. Fleming is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience at Humana, where he held key roles across both the insurance and care delivery sides of the enterprise.

Known for his strategic vision and operational depth, he led transformative initiatives across core healthcare services as well as across a wide range of insurance offerings, including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and commercial plans. His leadership delivered measurable improvements in clinical quality, member experience, and cost   management.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Fleming held multiple C-suite positions and played a pivotal role in aligning Humana’s insurance products with its expanding care delivery assets to create integrated, value-based care models. He also helped establish Humana as a national leader in pharmacy services, overseeing the growth of a high-performing pharmacy benefit manager and advancing pharmacy’s role in driving better health outcomes.

Joe Honcz, RPh, MBA (SVP, Managing Director)

Joe is a distinguished expert in managed care and market access. Early in his career, he played a pivotal role in leading teams for the launch of Medicare Part D, followed by instrumental involvement in the implementation of the Affordable Care Act while at Anthem BCBS and Aetna, respectively. 

Since 2020, he has leveraged his profound understanding of managed care to deliver strategic market access insights that have empowered biotech and pharmaceutical clients to effectively maneuver through complex market access and healthcare dynamics. His contributions have been crucial in the successful launch of innovative products in both traditional and rare/orphan disease categories. As a “pharmacy futurist,” he continues to drive innovation and will help shape market access strategies, supporting the emerging pharmaceutical and health tech industries

Osamah Eljerdi, PharmD (Senior Director, Value & Access)

Osamah is a clinical pharmacist with deep payer expertise in the managed care space with pivotal roles at Prime Therapeutics, Express Scripts, and CVS Health. 

With a focus on rebate optimization, utilization program development, care management, and formulary modeling, he has consistently delivered savings and driven strategic coverage decisions for payers and PBMs of all types. Osamah has unique blend of clinical insights and benefit management experience with complex contracting scenarios, formulary management, clinical solutions, specialty pharmacy programs, and drug policy alignment across medical and pharmacy benefits. 

Osamah completed his undergraduate studies in Molecular & Cellular Biology and Doctor of Pharmacy at The University of Arizona and currently resides in Phoenix, AZ.​
