We do not sell, hire out, distribute or otherwise make your personal information available to any unauthorized third party. While we do not sell personal information in exchange for any monetary consideration, we do share Personal Information for other benefits that could be deemed a “sale” under applicable law, including sharing commercial information, usage and other electronic network activity information with website analytics companies through use of cookies. Only the people who need to process personal information for the purposes mentioned above have access to your personal information.

  • Third party service providers and partners: IT providers, services providers consultants and agents in order to provide and maintain the provision of the services (such as mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payment), our appointed auditors, accountants, lawyers, and other professional advisers, to the extent that they require access to your personal information in order to advise us;
  • Our group companies who may assist in offering and providing our services, including Petauri Advance (BluePrint Oncology, Blendwords, Cogency, FORCE Communications, and Verascity Science), Petauri Advisors, Petauri Evidence, Petauri Kinect, and Petauri Max;
  • Any competent law enforcement body regulatory, government agency, court or other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of applicable law or regulation, (ii) to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person; and
  • Any other person with your consent to the disclosure.

 

  1. HOW LONG WE WILL KEEP YOUR DATA

We will retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it as set forth in this Notice or any other notice provided at the time of collection, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal information for a longer period in the event of a complaint, investigation, or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you, or the organization that you work for. In some circumstances we will anonymize your personal information (so that it can no longer be associated with you and cannot reidentify you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Petauri Health acknowledges that the data you provide may be confidential and will maintain the confidentiality of and protect your information in accordance with its normal procedures and all applicable laws. We regularly review our security policies and procedures to ensure our systems are secure and protected.

The website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or disclose personal information about you. We may not own or control these linked online services or third-party features, and we are not responsible for the information practices of the third parties that have ownership or control over them. In some cases, these third parties operate independently from us, which means their privacy practices are not covered in this Notice.   1. OVERSEAS TRANSFERS

In respect of UK and EU data subjects, your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside of the UK and EEA. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of the UK and EEA and, in some cases, may not be as protective.

 

We will only transfer your personal information outside the UK/EEA using appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected to a similar degree to the protection afforded within the UK and EEA. We do this by entering into standard contractual clauses with our overseas processors, which contain safeguards to ensure that your personal information will be protected in line with UK/EEA data protection law requirements.

Subject to conditions and restrictions set out under applicable law, you may have the rights set forth below. You may exercise your privacy rights by emailing your request to Privacy@petauri.com, or by completing our individual privacy rights request form, with your complete name, email address, country and state (if applicable) of residence along with your specific request. We will use this information only to communicate with, verify you, and process your request. Where applicable, if you are an authorized agent, we reserve the right to request you demonstrate evidence of your authorization. If you have any concerns about the use of your personal information, or the way we handle your requests relating to your rights, you can raise a complaint directly with us using the contact details below. If you believe that the processing of your Personal Information is not compliance with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority or regulatory body. We would, however, always appreciate the chance to deal with any concerns before you approach the appropriate data protection authority or regulatory body.

Where UK or EU data protection laws apply (subject to certain conditions and limitations):

  • You may request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal information.
  • You may object to certain processing of your personal information and request that it be limited / restricted or ask us to provide your personal information to another party responsible for processing.
  • If you have consented to collection and use of personal information, you can withdraw your consent.

Please note that the limitation or deletion of your personal information, or the withdrawal of your consent, may mean we will be unable to provide the certain services to you. Additionally, withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, or will it affect the processing of your personal information in reliance on another lawful basis.

California and other state residents have specific rights with respect to processing of their personal information. Section 3 of this Notice lists the categories of information that we processed or used for a business purpose in the last 12 months. Section 4 of this Statement lists the categories of third parties with whom we share Personal Information. Subject to certain exceptions, if you are a California resident, you may request:

  • Deletion your personal information.
  • To opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We share personal information as described in Section 4, which may be considered a “sale” of personal information. If you are a California resident, you can opt-out of the sale/sharing of your personal information by emailing your request to Privacy@petauri.com or by completing our individual privacy rights request form.
  • Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not collect, share or sell sensitive personal information except as permitted by law. We also do not discriminate against individuals for exercising their privacy rights and you may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf.
